    Property management that won't have you climbing the walls

    On Thursday, a group of activists scaled the walls of the Shard, western Europe's tallest building. Their protest against drilling in the Arctic certainly caught people's attention as they fearlessly climbed the 310 m tapered glass walls.

    It's been alleged that estate agents in London are giving preference to landlords when selling new properties.  Their reason is simple: they hope to gain future business by letting the property on the landlords' behalf.

    Thanks for joining us for our first Property Advice Day


    We loved our first Advice Day!   It was fantastic to see so many landlords and tenants gathered around, sharing ideas and understanding issues from each other's perspective. We offered free advice on absolutely anything and everything - from individual neighbour disputes to specific block maintenance matters.

    Property management for John Lennon's home? Yes please!

    Celebrity property hunters will be interested to know that John Lennon's former home in Surrey, Kenwood, is up for sale for a cool £13,750,000.  Purchased in 1964 for £20,000, the spiritual home of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band would make a fantastic residence for one lucky family.
