Here's to Holly: a first class property manager

Holly

Holly has worked in property since the tender age of 17, joining us from Cluttons in Marble Arch in May 2015.  She currently manages 372 flats in 16 blocks, so she's kept nice and busy all week here at Vision!

Holly loves her role, particularly site visits and liaising with clients.  As you can imagine, looking after almost 400 properties means a lot of leaseholders to keep happy - something she does expertly! Amongst other things, she's responsible for property insurances, and ensuring gutters are clear, roofs are well maintained and communal doors are secure.  So her attention to detail is next to none!

Although it sounds as though Holly would have no free time left after looking after all these properties, her excellent time management skills mean she certainly does have time to live an enviable life!!  She loves travelling, and last year scooted around the world to Malta, Dubai, Mexico, New York and Hong Kong!  Wow!!!

Closer to home she enjoys spending time at the gym. She also likes going out for a nice dinner, so the workout balances the cuisine nicely.  She likes to go shopping too, of course, but away from the hustle bustle of London you may have spotted her getting closer to nature, walking Frank, her little sausage dog, in Epping Forest.

When she's not listening to Kings of Leon (their concert was her favourite ever!), Holly can be found with her feet up watching some of TV's best dramas: Breaking Bad, Dexter and Walking Dead top the list.  And being a softie at heart, she's also been known to cry at Supervet!

While we're proud of what Holly's achieved here at Vision, we're even more proud of her support for charity. Last autumn she completed a 10k walk around London for the Multiple Sclerosis Society - a fantastic achievement! We can't wait to see what adventures Holly will get up to this year…!

If you live in a leasehold block and would be interested in chatting to Holly about our award-winning block management services, give her a call on 0845 456 8775.
